2025-2026 Goal Meeting:

We are excited to be hosting virtual goal meetings through zoom prior to the start of the 2025-2026 SCY Season. The purpose of these meetings are to allign both expectations and paths towards outcomes both athletes, parents and coaches. 

 

Who should schedule a meeting?

All athletes registered for Instinct Swimming should work towards having a goal meeting. For Junior, Pre-National and National athletes, a goal meeting is mandatory. 

 

Who needs to be present?

Coach Jesse, Coach Nicole, Athlete and Guardian.

*If you have multiple athletes on the team, we ask that you schedule individual meetings for each athlete as we will want to dedicate the full 30-45 minutes to each individual athlete.
