Please review following information:

 

  • All tuition payments are non-refundable.
  • All payments will be charged on the first of the month.
  • If payment has not been received by the 15th of the month, there will be a $50.00 late fee added to your account.
  • Athletes may be removed from participation if there is a balance left on your account.


 

Additional Fees:

 

  • At the time of registration- there will be a $125.00 fee added to your account on the first of the month. This fee will cover 1 Instinct Shirt, 1 Instinct Team Suit and registration fee.
  • Instinct Swim Caps must be purchased for $20.00 each seperately.
  • Meet Fees will be added to your account and charged the week before the date of the meet. If meet fees haven’t been paid by the 15th of the month, there will be a $50.00 late fee added to your account.
  • A $5.00 surcharge will be added to each meet entry to cover coaches travel expenses.
  • USA Registration- families are responsible for managing their athletes USA Swimming Membership. You can do so by going to your USA Swimming account.
