2014-2020: Assistant Coach for the Boston Y Bluefins.
2020-2022: Head Coach for West Suburban Y
2022-2024: Head Coach of Y of Metro North
Most recently at the Y of Metro North, Jesse took over the program in December of 2022 and revolutionized the culture of the program. Building the team to over 100 athletes and leading the team to the highest placing in New England in team history.
Jesse led the Tritons to a 4th place finish at the Y’s respective championship meet and led athletes to qualify for New England Seniors and Y Nationals.

Coaching Philosophy:
Jesse's coaching philosophy stems from a deep knowledge of competitive swimming.
She believes that hard work, dedication and an appreciation for the sport will carry athletes to their success. She also understands that 'fun is fast and fast is fun'- athletes will not progress if there is not an element of fun. Coach Jesse focuses on not only the development of the athletes swimming but also their character. Building a solid work ethic through the sport of swimming translates to all areas of the athlete's life. Her goal with Instinct Swimming is to build a competitive, hardworking, fast family.
Off The Pool Deck:
She also dedicates her time to bettering New England and USA Swimming. She is heavily involved and is on the Board of Directors for New England. In 2022 she was praised for her work in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion field and aiding to run Water Safety Days across New England. Jesse was also elected as Junior / Senior Coach Representative for the 2023-2025 terms.
