Does your athlete perform well in practice but struggle during meets? Do they find it challenging to bounce back after a tough event? Are they lacking confidence in their abilities as an athlete? 

Join New England Swimming as we host Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Leslie Keenaghan from Higher RHODE Wellness for a one-hour virtual event designed to help support your athlete and enhance their mental game. Leslie will educate parents and coaches on mental performance strategies that can assist student-athletes. Topics include optimizing performance, managing thoughts, and preparing for competition.
